Onboarding Process
Once you register for MostEdge services, you will be sent a pre-installation checklist. Then, the team guides you in completing your customer profile, as well as verifying your hardware. Subsequently, the customer service team will coordinate and schedule your installation, typically taking 2-3 hours.
On the installation day, skilled professionals will handle your hardware setup, connect your point-of-sale system, and install the necessary software.
After the physical installation, MostEdge will assist you in transferring prices from your register to mercury|One. Then you can set up vendors and promotions, receive your customer login information and download the customer app. Finally, we'll provide basic training on cashier roles during the closing shift or day on the mercury|One system.
